Yes he was however what minato saw was only through naruto when gauging Pain. Pain was never fighting full strength when facing Naruto or 9 tails.

Nagato (as the Six Paths of Pain) was a threat that a Sage Mode user would be able to deal.

He was somewhat but the naruto who fought Pain was backed with Ma and Pa along with intel on all the Pains whereas the paths were exhausted and Tendo was out of the fight for most of it. When he did come back naruto lost.

Then (so?)… I think Obito was stronger than Nagato as the Six Paths of Pain.

In fact, the whole plot made me think Obito was a greater threat than Pain like Akatsuki was greater threat than Orochimaru or Kaguya to Madara.

Atacar o Obito nas duas dimensões ao mesmo tempo é uma estratégia eficaz

Se o Obito absorver um dos corpos, ele vai ser atacado nos dois lados, e com a visão compartilhada do Rinnegan será fácil sincronizar os ataques.

Por isso eu acredito que os Seis Caminhos ganham
